Bill Golden, Chairman

Bill Golden is the Global Head of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Client Onboarding, Global Markets Client Onboarding and Offboarding. His team spans five continents and is focused on delivering our platform to our clients across the Global Markets and Global Banking Lines of Business. Bill is also on the BofA Military Advisory Committee and the Executive for Global Operations Veteran Hiring Programs.

Kevin Mangum, Board Member

Kevin W. Mangum is an independent board director, executive leadership coach, and strategic advisor.

In these roles, Kevin assists innovative companies with cutting edge technology deliver game-changing capabilities to our warfighters and coaches leaders and teams to be all they can be.

Rick Nelson, Board Member

Rick Nelson is a Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Advisor, Senior Retirement Benefits Consultant and Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch. He helps families live the American Dream and never feel vulnerable financially. The focus of his work is on helping business founders accelerate the growth of their vision, entrepreneurs maximize their enterprise value and plan for their exit and retirees enjoy a financially confident retirement. He is the founding member of the Nelson Remey Group at Merrill Lynch.

Christian Walters, Board Member

Christian Walters is an executive in the electric mobility industry, currently leading the commercial team at Re:Car, Inc, a start-up company in the EV space. He joined the young startup after leading Strategic Operations at Rivian Automotive helping the company launch a plant, three vehicles, and IPO.

William Reed is the President and CEO of Castleton Commodities International LLC (CCI). The Company was formerly known as Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy LLC (LDHE) and was originally formed as the energy subsidiary of the Louis Dreyfus Group, one of the world’s leading commodity companies with a 160-year history.

MyLinh Shattan, Board Member

MyLinh Shattan is a writer and educator who is host, author, and producer of the TreeHouseLetter, a website and podcast that offer insights on literature, education, the military, and other related topics. Her writing has also been published in a diverse body of newspapers and magazines.

Peter Rogal, Board Member

Peter Rogal has over 43 years of experience in the military, high-tech electronics and medical device industries as a “C” level executive and serial entrepreneur. Peter began his career at defense contractor Lockheed Sanders in 1980 and since then he was the founder, equity partner and sales/marketing executive of defense electronics firm Dynaco Corp. He was a majority shareholder of Comtel Electronics, a military printed circuit board and electro-mechanical assembly company.

Bob Witzler, Board Member

Chief Warrant Officer 5 (Retired) Bob Witzler is a native of Perrysburg, Ohio. He entered the Army in April 1982, and after completing Basic Training and Infantry Advanced Individual Training at Fort Benning, Ga., was assigned to an 81mm mortar crew with B Company, 1-148th Infantry, Ohio National Guard.

Gregory Chambers, Board Member

Greg M. Chambers is a native of Yakima, Washington. He served in the U.S. Army for 35 years from 1987 to 2022. His military service centered around Army Aviation Maintenance and Enlisted Flight Training for Rotary Wing and UAS operations in Conventional and Special Operations units.

His military experience is in Tactical, Operational and Strategic operations, specifically focused on the employment and training of Aviation maintenance procedures and personnel management. He was also responsible for managing the most senior Enlisted personnel in the Army.
